HEALTHCARE DIVISION: NEW CHANNELS FOR SUPPORT REQUESTS

The continuous improvement of services offered to our customers is a priority for Sinteco and the Bucci Industries Group.

Starting from February 2025, all technical support and spare parts requests for the Sinteco Healthcare Division will be managed through new communication channels, detailed below.

The activation of these channels is part of a broad digitalization project aimed at optimizing the management of after-sales requests for the Healthcare Division with greater precision, speed, and efficiency.

These channels are available not only for the Longarone headquarters (Belluno - Italy), but also for all Bucci Industries Group branches providing direct local support for Healthcare Division machines.
